Megan serves as the FAN Content Lead, Trainer, and Mentor at Cooper House, where she supports practitioners in strengthening their attunement with families and themselves. She brings extensive experience from her earlier work as a home visitor and supervisor in the Early Head Start model, where she first encountered the FAN and found it to be a grounding framework during particularly challenging times. Through her Fussy Baby work at Cooper House, Megan partners with parents of infants and continually sees how deep listening, presence, and shared reflection can open space for meaningful connection and change. She is committed to fostering reflective support that helps sustain professionals in the field. Outside of work, Megan enjoys reading, playing non-competitive pickleball, and spending time in and around the water with friends and family.
